Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at VSL, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global recruitment initiatives and strengthening our international presence. You will identify new market opportunities, develop partnerships with educational agents and institutions worldwide, and lead student recruitment campaigns that inspire and engage learners globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand VSL’s global visibility and student recruitment reach.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, educational consultants, and recruitment agencies worldwide.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about education trends across regions.
- Lead recruitment campaigns using digital marketing, events, and direct outreach to attract international students.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure a smooth and efficient application and enrolment process.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Represent VSL at international education fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote our programs.
